Whole Grain Plant-Based Lifestyle

Plant-based what? What do you mean? I have decided to stop eating meat, sugar, bread, and more! It won’t be instantly. I am not trying to go cold-turkey. I will not succeed if do. Shucks! I already tried meatless Monday last week and failed miserably! By lunch, I was eating chicken wings at a Chinese restaurant. Sadly, hilarious.

So, why do I want to do this? It is a health decision.  I want to be healthy. I want to live a long time. I want to be an influence to my children to be healthy also.

There are tons of blogs, YouTube Channels, etc. for you to gather information on how to get started, recipes, motivation, and more. My favorite is Forks Over Knives.

I will share recipes, success stories, failures and more insight as I make this journey. Follow along with me and share as well. Thanks.
