Whole Food Plant- Based Lifestyle Change Update

Uuugh! I am embarrassed to say it. I have not been successful with my attempt. I am not giving up I have been trying to figure out a better approach for me. In realization, I do not have enough support.
I will be the only non-meat eater in the house or in my circle of friends. So, I will use my posts and you, my friends, to keep me on the straight and narrow. I have also planned to use a meal tracker and a journal. What are some strategies that worked for you?
Another problem I have is boredom! I have not expanded my menu enough to keep me interested. I ended up eating a lot of starches and gaining weight. I want to get out there and be more adventurist with my recipes. Please share your simple, but taste-bud tantalizing recipes with me me. I will appreciate it so much.
Finally, I will keep a meal tracker/journal to record my meals, feelings, and activities. Hopefully, I will determine my eating triggers, how much food I am eating, and how often I am eating. This seems like a lot, and I feel overwhelmed, but I feel I must do something to achieve my goals. No one can do it for me.
Again, I ask for your support and tips to make this a reality.
